2018 Highlight Recap
- Our church friend Ashia moved out in February, our church friend Nico moved in late March.
- Zechi started, and subsequently quit Wrestling club at the Shed. Learning that he LOVES the exercise, but hates the fighting.
- Tabitha Broke her Ankle, in May which means she wore a walking boot all summer and a cast for the first half of first grade.
- Mom and Dad used their 2017 tax return and bought a trailer-resulting in LOTS OF CAMPING! We spent 3 weeks camping around the Santa Cruz area over the summer. We also camped at Bodega Bay, and Hogan Reservoir.
- Over the summer we traveled to Oregon and attended the Klamath Falls VBS learning about Daniel surviving the Lion’s Den. We returned to Oregon again Labor’s Day weekend to help winterize the Baker’s Yard after Uncle Bruce’s very scary Stroke.
- Hannah and Tabitha are in their 5th year of girl scouts. Hannah is a Junior and Tabitha is a Daisy.
- Our sweet and feisty cat Figaro passed away this summer unexpectedly. This Fall, Tabitha brought home two stray kittens-Pirate and Cushions, who have since joined our family
- Hannah Started Cello Lessons at school and is awfully cute lugging around the excessively large instrument.
- 5 long years of appeals. Dad finally won his case against SDI and in turn, bought a new truck
- Hannah and Zechi joined Basketball with Upwards Sports at First Baptist in November.
- Tabitha had her first Airplane ride on a quick weekend Trip to San Diego with mom in December
