Goal weight

Ok, for the first time EVER that I have tried to stick to an actual diet and have lost about 15 lbs in 3 months. According to my meal tracker I could be at my target weight by June 9th- just in time for swimsuit season...and so, tonight I implemented phase 2 of my weight lose plan...exercise. I worked out a window of time to run about 3 miles 3 evenings each week.

With each kid I stacked on about 10 lbs. and with 3 kids back to back to back...each time I felt ready to start weight loss I would find out that I was pregnant again. So this time I am back and at it uterus free!

I was feeling really great about my boat image, until I got some pictures back from my recent mud run and although it wasn't hideous, it wasn't what I wanted to see either. And so it preempted the next much need step.

I don't ever think I'll make it to step ford wife status, but I do want to be more active with my kids and students. And so here goes...15 lbs down and 15 more to go.

Pray for me in strength and support, self control and will power... On my journey to 30 lbs for 30th birthday
